"Hospitality was great! Everyone at the plant seemed genuinely glad to see us and eager to hear how we were using the product and what issues we might have. Everyone we met seemed truly dedicated to the company and customer satisfaction with the product. From the receptionist to the factory workers, all were eager to answer questions and take care of any needs we had... I have to say that DPS has been the best vendor I have ever worked with in my 20 year history with the telecom business." |

I Want To Help You With Your Alarm Monitoring Needs
Telemetry used to be a niche field. Today, companies are small, technology changes fast, and a lot of us have to learn alarm monitoring practically overnight.
If you haven't worked with monitoring before, selecting an alarm system is tough. You have to learn new technologies, protocols and acronyms — while making sure your company gets the right system for the right price.
That's why I provide information resources like this newsletter, our White Paper series, and the DPS Telecom website. I’ve made these resources available to you for free so you can get the straightforward information that will help you make these tough decisions with confidence.
This month we’re reintroducing some of our most popular white papers. With updated content and a new layout, understanding the basics of alarm monitoring has never been easier. If you’re new to the field of alarm monitoring take a look at our SNMP Tutorial and related White Papers for a quick primer on what SNMP is and how it can help you monitor your network more effectively. For those of you already
familiar
with SNMP our white papers now detail the newest implementation of SNMP, version 2c, and how the INFORM command can provide more reliable alarm monitoring. |
